I am now on week 3 of my 30-day workout challenge so far I have done: 70-Bridges, 440-Lunges, 129-Pushups, 181-Mountain climbers, 620 squats, 118 Tricep dips, 3-min total plank, 1-hour of fat-burning cardio "HIP HOP ABS", 25-min ab sculpt, 1 hour 27 min yoga, I am sore but feel great.
